Transforming Mindsets & Skillsets for Better Trials

I had the pleasure of attending Shilpa’s webinar at ARCS Australia, where she shared valuable insights on how DISC can improve stakeholder communication. Shilpa Agarwal - is the first name in the mind when it comes to executive and leadership development within the organization. I have experienced her strong sense of purpose towards operational excellence and coaching. I truly believe that she belongs to a niche community of professionals who imbibe excellence in not only clinical operations but also people development at the same time. I have personally experienced her expertise of coaching on how to discover the ideal self, overcome obstacles, develop a leader within, conflict resolution, decision making under pressure etc.

I had the opportunity to work with Shilpa in early 2024 for a coaching program implemented by NIIT. The coaching sessions with Shilpa were an excellent opportunity for personal development. While discussions were easygoing, quite informal, the blindspots, the barriers which I created internally were visible very clearly after these discussions. After this revealing of internal barriers was complete, the identification of solutions/actions was a straightforward and smooth part of the coaching conversations. Shilpa always helped with related tools, in order to use by myself for the future. While the main part of coaching activities was focused on professional development (with visible improvements in the next months), we had also very good coaching discussions for personal matters which were very productive too.
I am grateful for having this opportunity to work with Shilpa as a coach, and I would strongly recommend her to any potential coachee or employer.

6. Embracing Uncertainty: I started to accept ambiguity, adapt to change, and find peace in uncertainty.

I had the privilege of being coached by Shilpa during a critical phase of my career development, and the experience has been transformative. Her leadership coaching sessions provided me with valuable insights into my strengths, areas for growth, and strategies to approach challenges with confidence. Shilpa creates a supportive environment, asking thoughtful questions that push you to reflect deeply and unlock your full potential. Shilpa is well-trained in the creation of electronic training development which are launched via web-based courses. She is detail-oriented and has a good working relationship within J&J organizations to collect the needed content for training courses. She is honest, efficient, professional and organized. She has a good knowledge with the clients that she supports as she used to be a CRA (clinical research assistant) therefore she can not only create accurate materials but she has hands-on experience as well in those areas.

I like working with Shilpa on multiple projects together across functional areas within J&J, and hope to continue a working relationship in the future.
